Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of the “Artistry in a Box” kits. Once your order is placed, it is considered final.
Damaged Items: If your kit is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued only if the package or contents are damaged due to courier mishandling or an issue on our side. To initiate a claim, please provide photos of the damaged package and items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Late or missing refunds
